Used SKUK Romany Sport orange

Used Nigel Dennis Kayaks Romany Sport is a strong plastic sea kayak for medium and larger paddlers. The boat is orange in color with a yellow composite seat and cockpit edge. The syringe has been used for 2 years for SKE trainings and shorter hikes and before that it was used to a small extent by the previous owner. There are slight traces of plastic wear on the bottom, the deck is intact and clean.
 
Romany series is a well-maneuvered, low back deck ''playboat'' for the sea. Due to its quick and immediate response, Romany is the "work boat" of many sea kayak trainers. 
 
A responsive plastic kayak that surfs well for the medium to large sized paddler. The kayak has fairly boxy rails offering good stability. A flattish hull promotes better surfing characteristics which also helps in a following sea. The kayak has been designed to fit a range of kayakers from approx 5ft 4inches (162 cm) to 6ft 4inches (193 cm) tall. There is plenty of room for large feet. With the fiberglass cockpit rim a cheaper nylon spray deck can be used.
The kayak is fitted with the High performance glass seat, unless otherwise requested, and offers extra leg room due to a raised area on either side of the cockpit. The seat can be set higher for a smaller paddler and the raised area in the front deck can be padded if needed. The kayak has a low rear deck for easy rolling, a keyhole cockpit that gives excellent grip, control and allows quick exit if needed. The foam pillar immediately behind the seat provides additional back support and, together with the closely positioned bulkhead, allows the kayak to be emptied by lifting only the bow, no x-rescue is necessary.
